How to schedule an appointment?

What to expect at the first appointment?

Your first appointment at Aligned Behavioral Health will last approximately 60 minutes. During your appointment, a licensed clinicians will spend time talking with you to learn more about any mental health concerns you may have and how we can best serve you.

What insurance do you take?

We accept Optum/ United Behavioral Health. If we do not currently accept your insurance, or you would prefer to not use your insurance, we will be happy to speak with you with payment options as well as provide you with the necessary paperwork for submission to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

We generally will not offer to reschedule late cancellations or no-shows for the initial evaluation session.  Patients who cancel less than 24 hours before an appointment, or fail to attend their visit, will be charged a $75 no-show or late cancellation fee.
